Service Plumber

This Service Technician is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial locations. The Service Technician will conduct installations and repairs in a timely manner and will ensure that all customer service standards are achieved.
Duties Include
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments
- Ensure all service work orders are approved by the customer prior to initiating service
- Diagnose plumbing problems and apply repair or replacement measures
- Perform quality checks on all work completed
- Work with blueprints and job specifications
- Complete work reports for all assigned service projects
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in clean, working condition
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean DMV record
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Fire Sprinkler New Construction Technician
Full-TimeJob Summary
The Fire Sprinkler Lead Technician is responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure they are completed within established budget and timelines while meeting all applicable codes and regulations. The Lead Technician is also responsible for providing management and training of assigned project staff.
Duties Include
- Manage multiple fire sprinkler projects and staff within budget and timelines
- Read, understand and interpret blueprints
- Apply all state and local fire sprinkler codes and regulations
- Represent company at job site meetings
- Supervise and train assigned project staff
- Document all job costs, materials and tasks per company procedures
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicle
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years fire sprinkler installation experience
- Experience with all types of fire sprinkler systems and applicable regulations
- Experience with CPVC piping systems
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean DMV record
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
